Start with good salted Vermont butter. Then add 3 kinds of sugar (no joke). Peanut butter (naturally). Vanilla.
Thanks to my Nanny Teresa's recipe, I've updated them only slightly (in shape!) and I add chopped peanuts to the top of the cookies at their half-way point of baking.
The box will arrive, you'll open, read the cute hand-written note from me, and then you'll dive in head-first ...
Your cookies will be baked and wrapped and shipped the same day. Will arrive to you approximately 2 days later (or so says USPS!). While I cannot guarantee a specific delivery date, I will ONLY ship on Wednesdays to ensure that you have the best possible chance of getting them quickly

As your youngest and most delicious offspring to date, I feel the need to tell you something that’s been bothering me:
I’m tired of thinking about being just another cookie.
I don’t feel I was announced to the world, your cyber world full of the most special humans, with as much fanfare as I deserve.
After all, I’m luscious, not too too sweet, with a light delicate flavor, and just the right amount of bite and flavor from my nuts. I’m perfect with a cup of coffee or tea anytime of the day or night. It’s been said, I’m a good “sober treat” but I’m too young to know what that means.
From what I’ve heard (and I’ve seen pictures) my older siblings had a much more celebrated entry - orange ginger spilled the sugar and the two with chocolate backed it up with their “Belgian” aloofness. The peanut butter one is jealous because he had the monopoly on nuts until I was born, so he kept his trap shut (or the peanut butter kept it from opening his mouth).
If I can be so bold, I think I have the chance of being a very popular addition to your family. Please send out a more robust birth announcement and you’ll see.
